Our rates are based on your location and service type, with pricing tailored for both homeowners and businesses. We offer flat rate bookings for half day and full day service to help you get the most value from your time with us.
Floyd County (Local): Standard pricing with hourly, half day, and full day options
30–60 Miles (Chattooga, Gordon, Polk, Bartow): Half day and full day booking required; no hourly rates available
60+ Miles (Paulding, Cobb, Cherokee): Full day service only due to extended travel
Minimum billing applies by location, and all projects are subject to availability.
Please Note:
All labor rates listed in our pricing structure do not include materials. Material costs will vary depending on the specific needs of your project and will be included in your custom project estimate.
To keep your project on schedule, payment for materials is required before work begins.

Residential: Free local estimates; travel based fees apply outside Floyd County
Commercial: Free local estimates; travel based fees apply for extended service areas
Hourly Rates:
Available only for homeowners in Floyd County. Two hour minimum required.
Half day and full day options are available in all service areas
Virtual Consultations Available:
For those outside our service area or looking for expert guidance before starting a DIY project, we offer 50 minute virtual consultations for $50.

Travel Based Pricing for Long Term or Out of Area Projects
For larger projects outside our standard service area, we offer extended service options that include travel and overnight accommodations. This allows us to take on multi-day or full day work for homeowners and businesses located farther from Northwest Georgia.
Our travel based pricing is designed to be transparent and simple, with flat rates based on distance and time required. These bookings are ideal for:
Remote property repairs or upgrades
Business renovations or multi-phase projects
Vacation homes or out of town clients
Please note: These rates are reserved for longer, full day projects only. We do not offer short appointments or hourly work at these distances.
What’s Included:
Daily labor rate includes up to 8 hours of work per day
Travel fee includes drive time, fuel, and (when applicable) lodging
Materials are not included and will be billed separately
Jobs over 180 miles away require a minimum 2 day booking
For all travel based bookings, a project quote will be provided in advance and a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your scheduled dates.

Payment Terms
Material Payments: Payment for all materials and partial labor is required prior to the start of any job. Labor Installments for long term projects for extended projects, labor payments may be collected in installments based on project milestones as agreed upon in writing.
Final Payment: Full payment for completed work is expected upon project completion unless otherwise arranged in advance.
Late Payments: If payment is not received within 7 days of the billing date, services may be suspended, and a late fee of $25 will be applied. If payment is not received within 14 days, any future scheduled service dates may be canceled, and the account may be subject to collections.

Project Scope & Change Orders: This proposal is based on our current understanding of the project scope. If additional work or unforeseen conditions arise, we will notify you promptly, and a written change order will be provided for your approval before any additional work proceeds.
Satisfaction Guarantee: We strive for complete customer satisfaction. If any concerns arise, please notify us promptly so we can address them in a professional and timely manner. Hidden Site Conditions: If unforeseen or hidden conditions are discovered that affect cost or timeline, work may pause until the client approves an updated estimate reflecting necessary adjustments. Warranty & Liability:
Limited Workmanship Warranty: We guarantee the quality of our workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of service. Any workmanship issues arising directly from our labor will be addressed at no additional costs
Parts Warranty: Any parts provided or installed may be covered under separate manufacturer warranties. Clients should refer to the manufacturer for any claims related to those items.
Exclusions: This warranty does not cover: client provided materials, damages caused by misuse, client error, third-party work, or external events beyond our control, modifications or alterations made by others after project completion, failure to report workmanship issues in a timely manner
Maximum Liability: Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the project. We are not responsible for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages.
Debris Removal & Cleanup: We provide jobsite cleanup and disposal services as part of our standard process. Cleanup time and disposal fees, if applicable, are included in the project estimate. Clients who prefer to handle cleanup and disposal themselves must notify us at the time the estimate is provided so the quote may be adjusted accordingly.
Materials: Materials listed are estimated. Actual materials and costs may adjust if additional items are required once work begins. Any changes will be reflected on the final invoice. Specialty Tools & Equipment: If a project requires specialty tools or equipment rentals, clients will be notified in advance, and those costs will be added to the final invoice with prior approval.
Client Provided Materials: We cannot warranty or guarantee any materials provided by the client.
Insurance Disclosure: The Woodworx Shoppe maintains full liability insurance. Clients are responsible for maintaining standard property insurance covering their premises. A Certificate of Insurance can be provided upon request.
Authorization to Perform Work: By accepting this estimate, you confirm that you are the property owner or have full authorization from the property owner to approve work at this location.
Entire Agreement: These terms, together with the accepted estimate or invoice, represent the entire agreement between the parties. Any changes must be documented in writing and signed by both parties. Photo & Media Release: We may photograph completed work for marketing and portfolio purposes. These photos may be used in print or digital formats, including social media and our website. We will not share identifying client information. If you prefer not to have images of your property used for marketing purposes, please notify us in writing prior to project completion. Contact & Communication: Please communicate any concerns or questions directly. Timely communication allows us to provide the best possible service.
NOTE: YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THIS AGREEMENT AS DESCRIBED IN THE “RIGHT TO CANCEL” SECTION BELOW.
Contract Documents: The contract documents consist of this Agreement, the approved estimate, and any attachments, drawings, or specifications as provided by Contractor.
Work: Contractor shall provide all work, labor, services, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the work set forth in the scope of work described in the attached estimate (the “Project Scope”).Contract Price: Owner shall pay Contractor the amount shown on the approved estimate (the "Contract Price”). The Contract Price may adjust if the cost of materials changes between the date of this Agreement and the start of the project, or if additional work is authorized through a written change order.
Down Payment: Payment for all materials and labor down payment is required prior to the start of any job. Such payment is refundable only if Owner cancels before materials have been purchased. Once materials are purchased, that portion of the payment is non-refundable.
Payments: Final payment is due upon completion of the project unless otherwise arranged in writing. For extended projects, your project may be billed in installments based on agreed milestones. Late payments may be subject to suspension of work and a $25 late fee after 7 days; accounts unpaid after 14 days may be sent to collections.
Lien Releases: This section is not applicable to Contractor’s current operations, as no subcontractors or outside suppliers bill the Owner directly. Construction ProcedureContractor shall supervise and direct the work using best skill and attention. Contractor shall be responsible for the methods and sequence used and will coordinate all portions of the work.
Compliance with Laws: Contractor shall comply with all applicable Federal, State, County, and Local laws, ordinances, and regulations governing the work performed.
Permits: If permits are required for the project, Contractor will inform Owner and, if agreed, obtain permits at Owner’s expense.
Insurance: Contractor maintains full commercial general liability insurance. A Certificate of Insurance can be provided upon request. Owner is responsible for maintaining standard property insurance on the work site.
Extra Work and Change Orders: Owner may request to alter the scope of the work by adding or deleting work. This must be done by a written change order signed by both parties, which includes any adjustment to the contract price or project schedule.
Termination by Contractor: If work is stopped due to Owner’s failure to make agreed payments, Contractor may terminate this Agreement after providing written notice.
Termination by Owner: Owner may cancel this Agreement at any time by written notice. If canceled before materials are purchased, no charges will apply. If canceled after materials are purchased, Owner is responsible for the cost of all purchased materials. If canceled after work has begun, Owner is responsible for materials and labor completed to date.
Limitation of Liability: Contractor’s liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the project. Contractor shall not be responsible for consequential or indirect damages.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes will be resolved under Georgia law. The parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally before pursuing legal remedies.
Warranty Period: Contractor provides a one (1) year limited workmanship warranty. This warranty does not cover: client provided materials, damage from misuse, accidents, or external causes, third party work after completion, modifications by others after completion, or normal wear and tear.
Hazardous Materials: If hazardous materials are discovered, Contractor will stop work and notify Owner. Any required remediation will be at Owner’s expense unless caused by Contractor.
Force Majeure: Contractor is not responsible for delays due to causes beyond control, including severe weather, supply shortages, or other unforeseen events. The schedule will be adjusted as needed.
Entire Agreement: This Agreement, together with the approved estimate and any signed change orders, constitutes the full agreement between the parties and may only be modified in writing signed by both.
RIGHT TO CANCEL
You may cancel this Agreement at any time by notifying Contractor in writing, by email, or by phone: info@craighandyman.com. Before materials are purchased: no charges apply. After materials are purchased: you will be responsible for the cost of all purchased materials. After work has begun: you will be responsible for the cost of all purchased materials and labor performed up to the cancellation date. No additional charges will apply for work not performed.

Minimum Billing by Location
Our minimum billing requirements vary based on your distance from our home base in Floyd County, GA:
Floyd County (Local): $150 minimum
Chattooga, Gordon, Polk, & Bartow Counties (31–60 miles): $300 minimum
Paulding, Cobb, & Cherokee Counties (61+ miles): $600 minimum
These minimums ensure we can deliver quality service while covering travel and setup time.
Half Day & Full Day Bookings
We offer half day and full day service blocks to help you get more done in one visit:
Half Day Booking: Up to 4 hours of service
Full Day Booking: Up to 8 hours of service
These options are perfect for customers with a list of small projects, or larger jobs that require dedicated time. Half day and full day bookings are available to both homeowners and businesses, with discounted rates compared to hourly billing.
