Maintenance packages are for preventive maintenance and minor home upkeep only.
Packages do not include remodeling, major repairs, or services outside our scope of work.
All visits must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.
Services are only available within our designated service areas. If purchased outside our service area, the order will be canceled and refunded.
Missed appointments are non-refundable.
Appointments may be rescheduled once, based on availability.
If no alternative appointment is available, the visit is forfeited.
We do not guarantee availability for reschedules.
Unused visits do not roll over
Monthly plan cancellations require at least 72 hours' written notice before your next billing date.

Our inspections are visual and non-invasive.
We do not inspect roofs or perform full crawlspace/foundation inspections.
Crawl space inspection is limited to accessible, visible areas only.
We are not liable for hidden or future damage that was not visible or active at the time of service.
For air filter replacements (unless included in your plan), the homeowner must provide a compatible filter at the time of service.
If your plan includes a provided filter, we must have accurate filter sizing information.
Homeowner must ensure access to the home during scheduled appointments. Missed visits due to locked access will be considered missed.
